Fantasy Market in the middle of the country

On this page you will find information for the exhibitors of this market. We will report any changes in this section of the site, so keep an eye out for them. 

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 measures, there have been no events. We have thought hard about how to give this a positive spin and have found it in the form of a Fantasy Market that many exhibitors can participate in. At the moment we are waiting for approval from the municipality, but this is looking good. 

You can already register to participate in this Fantasy Market. Places will be allocated in order of registration.

Nice promotions, workshops or demonstrations? Everything is possible.

Opening hours:

Friday 11 March: 11:00 am to 9:30 pm

Saturday 12 March 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

You can register for this fair. After the municipality has approved this event, we will send you the invoice. This must be paid within 2 weeks.

The pitches are 4x4 meters or 6x4 meters. There is a stall on it for free. There is a power point within 25 meters of your stand. This Max is 750 watts as standard. Do you need a larger capacity, this can be done at an additional price of 15,- 

The rates per place are:

Euro 75,-     4x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

Euro 80,-   6x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

Euro 85,-   7x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

Euro 90,-   8x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

Euro 95,-     9x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

Euro 100,- 10x4 meters including administration costs for 2 days (minimum purchase) including 1 stall

If desired, you can reserve more places on the registration form or you can rent an extra booth.

You can cancel up to 14 days before the start of the market. You must then pay the administration costs of Euro 10,-  comply with us. If there is a new rule in the last week that prevents the market from going ahead, unfortunately we cannot return more than 50%.

If you prefer to set up your own tent or sales van on the rented pitch(s), you can indicate this on the registration form.

There is a toilet on site that we keep clean together. Exhibitors can stay overnight in their stall/tent on the site.

Structure:

Building up Thursday from 13.00 - 21.00 hours. The site is closed during non-opening hours. 

Reels and lighting are not present. We advise you to take a reel of at least 50 meters with you.

Please note that the spaces are on a paved surface. 

No vehicles are allowed on the site on market days.

Saturday morning from 08:00 to 11:00 you can build up for Saturday. 

To break down:

The market closes at 7:30 PM on Saturday. We clean up the area together. You must bring your own waste with you.

We work in accordance with the current Covid-19 rules of the government.
